Our Air Quality Testing and Remediation Service tests for breathable air quality problems (ie: mold, mold) and nuisance/foul/stale odors (if buying/selling a home) is second to none. We utilize our own cutting edge patented air cleansing system called " MYSCRUB® ". Our professional team will evaluate and treat with the best and carefully chosen system that can include ozone, Multi Platform UV, Organic Enzymes, Salt Solutions, Chlorine Dioxide. All of our techniques are fully residue free, once we are done, your home or office will have no lingering chemical odor. The home or office will have a clean fresh healthy aroma and atmosphere.
We Will Check Your Home or Workplace Free of Charge
Our scientific team collectively agree that every home or work needs to be free from airborne contaminants. Therefore we will audit your home or workplace at no charge in order to ascertain whether or not your home or workplace is "sick" and making you ill as well. We take all appropriate samples we require in order to be further analyzed at our laboratory. We also use real time live diagnostic testing with modern equipment and scientific devices to help our diagnostics team. You are free to observe the real-time testing analysis we conduct on site and see all pertinent results. This is your home or office, we want you to feel comfortable with every aspect of what we do. Some samples will need to be taken back to the laboratory for in depth testing and identification of air and surface swabbed samples. At times we may need to take samples of other items such as insulation to ascertain the safety aspects of the material. For example during and inspection we may see something that should be identified to rule out physical hazards (such as asbestos or urea formaldehyde or asbestos).
After the analysis and conclusions have been made, a scientific team member will discuss the findings with you. We will share your report and explain every detail to you ensuring that you fully understand the findings. At this point is is entirely up to you to decide in what direction you want to proceed. If you want our team to remediate and treat your home we will arrange a time that is convenient to do so once a quotation has been accepted.
If you feel you would like to wait for a better time or get a second opinion, that is totally fine with us.
If treatment is the option you choose, after successful treatment, we once again test the air and surfaces to ensure that all problems have been fully eradicated. We do not close the job until all results come back free from the offending airborne contaminant (s). At the close of the job at hand, we provide you with a Certification Letter stating your home, building or workplace is problem free. This work has a full warranty that is transferrable with the home.
