Dr. Morton, Dr. Gupta and their team have designed methodologies used for analytical testing of food, pharmaceutical, medical, antibiotics, vitamins, nutraceuticals, natural health products and clinical trial studies. For instance, ourcombined teams were very proud and honoured to be able to design, modify and improve the qualification/quantification of glycol and specific types of glycerin in foods, hygiene products and cosmetics such as toothpaste and oral bowel preperations..
Dr. Morton's professional accolades include managing a Canadian Veterinary Medical Association Certification Food Program, Accreditation Team Member for numerous hospitals and clinics world over, Chief Inspector for the City of Toronto Homes for the Aged and City of Toronto Children's Services Daycares. He also helped to pioneer infection control week in cities across Canada.

Mortec Scientific Group and their scientific staff have been involved in the scientific development of sprouted seeds and grains. We first started researching and advising companies on sprouting technique and methods dating back to 2003. We have authored a number of papers (including white papers and trials) which detailed the extraordinary health benefits of sprouting seeds, grains, legumes and vegetables. We have shown companies how to incorporate sprouted seeds, legumes and grains into current/potential formulations creating "superfoods" nutritionally as the finished product.
